At Keystone Custom Decks, we are experts in deck refinishing. A large percentage of our jobs involve tearing off the old floor and railing from existing decks. After the decking and railing is removed, we go over the existing framing and add lags and bolts as needed to bring the structure up to current code requirements. The flooring and railing is then replaced with a new, low maintenance product.
