Softball Tournament

After seeing the work in India, and helping with the building project at the hospital, Marv Esh (Keystone Custom Decks), along with some friends, organized a softball tournament fundraiser in the Spring of 2008. The proceeds from that first tournament went toward the hospital building project.

The tournament has become an annual event. It is held each Memorial Day weekend here in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Each year, softball teams from Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and Ohio, come to compete in the tournament. There is also lots and lots of great food and live music on Friday night. Marv Esh is the tournament manager, and Keystone Custom Decks is one of the primary event sponsors.

The 2009, 2010, and 2011 tournaments raised enough money to finance the building of a new school facility in a remote village of Northeast India.
