Warranty

We here at Keystone Custom Decks stand behind the work we do. We now offer a limited lifetime warranty on all of our custom designed composite decks. “If the structure of the deck is ever compromised due to our workmanship, Keystone Custom Decks, at our discretion, will repair the deck free of charge.” This warranty is between Keystone Custom Decks and the original purchaser and covers our labor portion of the project. Our warranty does not cover the materials that are used on your project because each manufacturer has their own warranty to cover their product (see manufacturer’s warranty for info). The following our warranty does not cover: Using the deck in a way it was not designed for, any damage due to weather, damages that result from the owner’s neglect, etc. We here at Keystone Custom Decks take great pride in our workmanship and we will stand behind our product. It's our promise to you.
