Keystone Warranty

At Keystone Custom Decks, we stand behind the work we do.

All our custom designed outdoor living projects are covered by our limited lifetime warranty.
If the structure of the project is ever compromised due to our workmanship, Keystone Custom Decks, at our discretion, will repair the structure free of charge.
This warranty is between Keystone Custom Decks and the original purchaser and covers the workmanship portion of the project only. Our warranty does not cover any materials that are used on your project. The warranty on materials and coverage for labor to replace the materials varies by manufacturer (see specific manufacturer’s warranty for info).
Our warranty does not cover the following: Using the deck in a way it was not designed for, any damage due to weather, damages that result from the owner’s neglect, etc.
At Keystone Custom Decks, we take great pride in our workmanship, and we will stand behind our product. It’s our promise to you.

    Ryan S:

"The professionalism of your employees throughout the initial deck project and though this week’s assistance has been top notch. The attitude and work ethic obviously comes from the company and makes it way down through all company employees."
